Flurries.

The snow has continued to fall since last night. We’ve picked up an additional 1-2” today after 3-4” last night. The 48 hour snowfall total is 6-10” and were expected to get another couple inches tonight. Remember powder skirts not jean skirts tomorrow.

THIS WEEKEND: We plan on having 51 trails open as well as 8 of our lifts (Tramside Carpet is closed for the season). It looks like temps will be in the mid to high 40s with partly sunny/cloudy skies.

TOMORROW: First chair for Lower Mountain lifts is scheduled for 8:00AM with Upper Mountain lifts following at 8:30AM; last chair for all lifts is at 4:00PM.

Starting TOMORROW lift tickets will be $49 for adults (ages 19+) and $35 for Juniors (ages 6-18) and they can be purchased at both Tramside & Stateside Customer Service locations.

2015/2016 Season Passes are now on sale. Click HERE to check out our Pass options; purchase by May 11th and save some coin.

Check In Songs

By admin, on Tue, Oct 30, 2012

So we’re making a Raised Jay playlist of sorts.  Music to check-in to—across our hotels and such.  To that end, and although we love talking to ourselves as you know, we’d like your input as well.  What sort of song would get you excited, calmed-down, connected, etc.. if you heard it while you were checking in at either our of Hotels or Condominiums?  I’m not looking for one style, speed or decibel-just something you can create an argument for.  If you do, create an argument I mean, we might use your suggestion in a playlist we’re creating.  And we’ll give you a Moment{Us} sticker too.  Granted this is biased, so don’t hate us if we say no and, lovingly, mock you.

Example:  Gordon Lightfoot’s Wreck of The Edmund Fitzgerald.  Canadian heritage, check.  Tells a story, albeit a gloomy one.  Check.  Gordo is in the US Songwriter Hall of Fame—good enough for us—he’s in.

Example:  Pomplamoose.  They do Hyundai commercials.  Plus, creating ironic covers of” Single Ladies” by Beyonce may get you on some sort of playlist-just not ours.  They’re out.
Hope that helps.  You have until Friday November 2nd.

-Steve
