The 2013 ski and ride season has, unfortunately, come to a close. Many thanks to all those who came out this winter. Not to worry, as summer has rolled out the red carpet here in early May with sunshine and warm temps; the perfect recipe for waking a dormant golf course.

Heavy Equipment Operator

Full Time

Destination Group Sales Representative

Full Time

Conference Sales Manager

Responsibilities include securing conferences, banquets, convention events and respective lodging focusing on new 170+ room hotel and 300 person conference center, as well as resort wide facilities. Qualified candidates will have 4 to 5 years of conference sales experience with meeting planners, contractors and banquet staff. Event Services Coordinator

Full Time

Jay Peak Resort is currently seeking two Event Services Coordinators to work with the Group Sales team. The Event Services Coordinator acts as a key liaison between clients and internal departments for booked Banquet and Conference groups. This position oversees the day to day details of groups by  generating event schedules and weekly reports, maintaining banquet event order book,  keeping conference supplies stocked, and by working closely with other Group Sales team members to secure lodging. The ideal candidate has the ability to anticipate the needs of others, has strong selling and servicing skills and a minimum of one year hotel convention service or hotel catering experience. Bilingual abilities of French and English and prior use of property management systems is preferred.

Maintenance Technician II

Jay Peak Resort is currently seeking Lifeguards for the Pump House Indoor Water Park. Training and uniform (t-shirt and board shorts) will be provided. All Water Park positions will monitor activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers and other guests. Must demonstrate exceptional customer service attitude, and have good communication skills. Must have full availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be at least 16 years of age or older. E.O.E.

Shallow Water Lifeguard: Applicant must swim 50 yards (crawl or breast stroke) without resting, swim 10 feet in 4 feet of water, and retrieve a brick to surface.

Special Facilities Lifeguard: Applicant must swim 200 yards (crawl or breast stroke) without resting, tread water for 2 minutes using legs only, and retrieve 10 pound brick from 8 feet of water.
