Flying Through Jay Peak Resort
TRAM HAUS LODGE
The Tram Haus Lodge was Jay Peak's first EB-5 project. Thirty-Five investors were welcomed to the project in 2007 with $17.5 million raised and invested into the facility. It opened in December 2009. Fifty-seven 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites make up the partner's equity and are fully owned by the partners. Also within the facility is a restaurant, apres ski bar, coffee shop and day spa. All 35 investors have been approved at the I-526 level and 35 have had conditions removed at the I-829 level. Partners in this phase share equally the proceeds generated from the ongoing rental of the 57 suites. Over 225 guests can be accommodated in the suites of the Tram Haus Lodge. It is a beautiful 4-Star lodge located a few feet from four Jay Peak ski lifts and is adjoined with the 60 person Aerial Tramway that takes skiers and sightseer's to the 4,000 foot summit of Jay Peak.
THE HOTEL JAY PROJECT INCLUDING CONFERENCE CENTER AND INDOOR WATERPARK
This significant project welcomed 150 investors and consists of a 120 suite hotel complex, conference center, indoor waterpark, ice arena and golf clubhouse. It has created weatherproof amenities and further expanded the Jay Peak bedbase. Adding accommodations is a top priority of the Jay Peak EB-5 business plan because the resort has a shortage of accommodations. Adding bedbase is the surest way to increase profitability. All Hotel Jay I-526's have been approved. I-829 approvals are successfully underway at this time and will continue through 2012/2013.
The Pump House Indoor Waterpark
Jay Peak is one of Vermont's best known winter ski resorts. With the additional of the indoor waterpark, indoor ice arena, clubhouse and conference center the 4-season business plan, so much a part of Jay Peak's strategy for growth, has truly become a reality. The Hotel Jay Complex was completed in its entirety in February, 2012.
With the Hotel Jay so popular an additional phase called Penthouse Suites was introduced. It created 55 additional suites atop the Hotel Jay and also created a mountain learning center for skiing, mountain biking and other 4-season recreation. The Penthouse Project welcomed 65 investors. All have been issued their I-526 approvals. The I-829 filing for our Penthouse investors will commence later in 2012.
GOLF & MOUNTAIN SUITES, SKY HAUS RESTAURANT, WEDDING VENUE, COUNTRY STORE
This project is located along the Jay Peak Championship Golf Course. One hundred suites and villas line the 1st, 2nd and 3rd fairways of the golf course. Again this year the Jay Peak 18-hole course has been named by Golf Week Magazine as Vermont's best golf course. Staying fairwayside on this scenic course is a wonderful experience. These 100 villas are also within a short walk to a ski lift serving all of Jay Peak 78 trails and glades. In winter the Golf & Mountain Suites have extensive snowshoe and cross-country ski trails located right out the door of each villa.
Also part of the project is the creation of a mountain top restaurant serviced by Jay Peak's legendary 60-passengerAerial Tramway, a wedding chapel to host the over 80 weddings a year being held at Jay Peak, and a full-service country store located at the base of Jay Peak's commercial core.

LODGE & TOWNHOUSES AND RECREATION CENTER
The Lodge & Townhouses project commenced construction May 2012 and will provide 110 dwelling units between the Jay Peak Golf Course and the Village ski trail and lift system. This central location offers easy access to all seasons of recreation.
In addition, a skier service and summer recreation facility will be constructed along with an auditorium and parking/tennis facility. All the above will add to the recreation mix of the resort to meet demand and interest.
