The Jay Peak real estate program works well because we build, manage and sell all of our own properties. Every home is full ownership and they range in size from 2 to 4 bedrooms. A high percentage of our properties are true ski-in/ski-out (no pushing home…we promise), and some are accessed by their own chairlift, an advantage during one of our regularly scheduled snowstorms.
