It looks like we dodged a huge warm and wet bullet yesterday. After a very very short period of rain at the base (all snow at the summit), temperatures dropped, and it started snowing. We received 2-4” of snow in the last 24 hours, thanks to our elevation.
Looking forward to the weekend, it looks like we’ll see mid-winter conditions. The skiing and riding should be exceptional, on everything from groomers to glades. Temps look to be in the mid-20s with partly sunny skies both Saturday and Sunday.
All 9 lifts are scheduled to open today. First Chair for lower-mountain lifts is slated for 8:30AM with the upper-mountain expected to come online at 9:00AM; last chair for all lifts is at 4:00PM.
