More flurries touch down on the Peak today, as the mercury slides down into the teens. Snowmaking and Grooming have wrapped up on the Northway and are re-locating to the Montrealer, where they will continue to blow snow in these cool temps. That means more terrain on deck for the weekend and the addition of the Bonaventure into our chairlift fleet; bringing the count to 9/9.
More about this latest stretch of winter weather: It looks like the Jay Cloud is with us again for the long haul this week, giving us some love daily into the weekend. Right now the accumulation is averaging at the 2” mark, but if you know anything about the weather in northern Vermont (including upslope and things like that), then you know; when the forecaster says a little, it could be a lot.
Tomorrow we’re looking at 13 trails serviced by 5 lifts with 1 Terrain Park over on the Interstate. Lower Mountain Lifts are slated to fire up at 8:30a with The Jet and Tram scheduled for 9:00a. As always, last chair is at 4:00p. Flurries are forecasted to touch down tomorrow with temps in the 20s and little wind, making for an enjoyable day on the mountain. Lift tickets will be priced at $69 for adults (ages 19+) and $55 for juniors (ages 6-18) and can be purchased at both Tramside and Stateside ticket windows.
The fun doesn’t stop once you’re off the hill. Check out all of our amenities, like Vermont’s only indoor waterpark, skating arena, the new Stateside Hotel & Day Lodge and enough dining options to please the masses. Click HERE to learn more.
