DEPOSITS
Jay Peak requires a 50% deposit of the total value of the reservation to guarantee the reservation.
A credit card is required at check in for all reservations for a $200 incidental authorization. It is recommended that Credit Cards (NOT debit cards) are used for these authorizations. Authorizations will be released within 48 hours of departure. (If debit cards are used, we can not guarantee a timely release of the authorization as this is controlled by the issuing bank.)
RESORT SERVICE FEE
A resort service fee of $15 per room, per day will be applied to your total balance upon check out.
This resort fee will not be reflected in your package total, but will accrue during your stay and will be billable upon your departure.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS FOR CANADIANS
All credit card transactions are charged in US funds so when your 50% deposit is taken on your CDN credit card, it will be automatically converted from US to CDN at whatever rate your credit card company is using. To make sure you get an at par rate (when applicable, i.e. the 50% balance due at check in), you must pay in Canadian Cash, Certified Check or Money Order. **Adjustments on exchange will not be made if proper form of payment is not given or if you pay with a credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit, less a processing fee of $25, will be refunded if you cancel at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Deposits are non refundable if you cancel less than 14 days in advance.
