Happy Thanksgiving

Talk about being thankful; our early morning excursion to the summit proved to be beyond worth it. There is easily a foot of snow mid-mountain up to the summit (with drifts over double that); sparking ear to ear grins and strange guttural noises only the powder hungry would understand.

On top of all this new powder, our Snowmakers are still running strong. They’re blowing snow on the Goat Run, in effort to have the Green Mountain Flyer ready for loading by Saturday morning. Be sure to check back with us tomorrow for a definitive opening time.

Tomorrow marks the kick-off for seven-day operations. We have seven trails slated to be open, serviced by four lifts scheduled to spin. First chair for Lower Mountain (Metro & Taxi Quads, along with Stateside Moving Carpet) is planned for 8:30a, with the Jet Triple slated to follow at 9:00a. As always, last chair for all lifts is at 4:00p.

Lift tickets are priced at $49 for adults (ages 19+) and $39 for juniors (ages 6-18).

Join us and NEKCA Food Shelf in assisting those in need.  Bring a bag of canned goods (bag is considered 3 or more items) to Stateside Ticket Booth on Saturday, 11/29 and you'll receive a complimentary pass to the Pump House Indoor Waterpark.

Tickets & Passes

Jay Peak uses RFID cards for lift tickets and season passes.  Your RFID card includes a radio chip that will be read by an electronic reader as you approach any of our base area lifts.

Some things to remember:

  • Please don’t punch a hole in your pass.  You *will* break the chip inside.
  • Carry your RFID card in a side pocket, separately from your cell phone and other electronic devices.
  • Carry only one RFID pass with you. Other Jay Peak passes and enhanced driver's licenses will interfere.

Once you’ve got your RFID card, you can purchase lift tickets online at discounted rates, skip waiting at the ticket window and head straight to the lifts on all future visits. All you need to get started is the WTP number on the back of your card.
