Jay Peak Food Festival & Culinary Demo

Slow food, localvore, farm-to-table.  Call it what you like, we're bringing it all together for a day that showcases the best North East Kingdom food, chefs, farmers, and producers.  

Join us in the Foeger Ballroom from 12:00 - 4:00 PM for local chef demos on the half hour, local farms and specialty products.  Free Admission.

Signature Vendors

Applecheek Farm - A certified organic, diversified and sustainable family owned farm located in beautiful Hyde Park, Vermont.  The farm produces organic dairy, grass-fed beef, humanely raised veal, pasture-raised poultry, raw milk and emu oil.

Cellars at Jasper Hill - By offering a collection of professionally aged and marked cheeses, Cellars at Jasper Hill allows its producers to focus on the most important aspects of their trade--quality milk production and cheese making technique.

Eden Ice Cider Company - Located on what was an abandoned dairy farm in West Charleston, Vermont, Eden Ice Cider currently consists of 800 apple trees and a small pressing operation and bounded winery in the basement of the rebuilt farmhouse.  

Snug Valley Farm - Raises natural grass-fed and finished beef and pastured pork in East Hardwick, Vermont.  With a foundation of 37 years, their focus is on providing wholesale accounts with a consistent product in cut, unsurpassed taste and flavor, texture and tenderness to make it easy for chefs to work with.

Vermont Peanut Butter Co. - America's first authentic brand, boasting the freshest USA grown nuts, the healthiest dried fruits, and fun nut butter creations.  With additional protein, hearty ingredients and all natural goodness in every jar ...they have created the perfect super food free hydrogenation, palm oils, excess sugars, and preservatives, produced in the Morrisville, Vermont factory.

Now that we've primed your taste buds, sit down at our table for five courses prepared by Jay Peak's own Chef Joey Buttendorf.
