To continue the experience of Dead shows and festivals, we certainly want to encourage vending as part of our event.  Vendors will be able to access our parking lot when gates open on Friday evening with access to a 'Vendors Only' section of the lot.  Once this section is full, vendors will not be turned away, but asked to occupy a standard size parking space where available.

The Music

Performing to critical acclaim worldwide for nearly 15 yrs and over 2000 shows, Dark Star Orchestra continues the Grateful Dead concert experience. Their shows are built off the Dead's extensive catalog and the talent of these seven fine musicians. On any given night the band will perform a show based on a set list from the Grateful Dead's 30 years of extensive touring or use their catalog to program a unique set list for the show. By recreating set lists from the past, and by developing their own sets of Dead songs, Dark Star Orchestra offers a continually evolving artistic outlet within this musical canon. Honoring both the band and the fans, Dark Star Orchestra's members seek out the unique style and sound of each era while simultaneously offering their own informed improvisations.

LUKAS NELSON & POTR - The son of country legend Willie Nelson.  Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real are currently wrapping up recording new music for their next not-yet-titled album, which will be the gritty rock group's third full-length release.  The new material was made in the heart of Topanga Canyon, an artistic and rural enclave for creative types just five minutes from the Pacific Ocean with a deep musical history. "Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, Jim Morrison, Hendrix, and so many others spent time in Topanga and made their musical mark up there, so it would be nice to know that we could put our musical mark there as well. Topanga was also the first place I really hung out when I moved to L.A. after college, so it holds a special place in my heart," says Nelson.

AMY HELM - The daughter of music legend Levon Helm and singer/songwriter Libby Titus Fagen, Helm wields a powerful voice that can both stir and soothe, whether she is singing traditional gospel, blues standards or her own heartfelt compositions. She is a gifted musician on both mandolin and drums, and has clearly absorbed the lessons of the many other accomplished artists with whom she has shared stages, including Mavis Staples, Emmylou Harris, and Joan Osborne as well as other uniquely American performers like Dr. John and Hubert Sumlin.

JAY FARRAR DUO - From his earliest recordings in the 1990s as a founding member of Uncle Tupelo, Jay Farrar has been a keen observer of the American landscape: its beauties and its tragedies, salvations and poisons.  It’s a perspective that’s been hard-won by steady touring and travel through this nation, and Farrar’s almost two-decades as the leader of Son Volt (as well as impressive turns as an acclaimed solo artist and collaborator) have only deepened and sharpened his gift for capturing the sights and sounds of his American journey.

BRONZE RADIO RETURN - Leading the way is first single “Further On,” an optimistic anthem steeped in summertime brightness. “Further On” started making waves months before the album’s anticipated release, when it was tapped as the soundtrack to the PGA Tour’s national ad campaign featuring Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson. The rest of the record follows suit with strong hooks, twangy guitars, and driving percussion. While we can’t be sure where Bronze Radio Return’s story will take them next, Up, On & Over is an exciting new chapter in their journey. Keep an eye out as their story unfolds, taking us all for a ride moving... well… Further On.

RICK REDINGTON & THE LUV - The Man and his band are all about THE LUV. Gratefully paired alongside hot gypsy bass-mama Heather Lynne and Longtime R.R. Alumnus Blake Gowan on Drums Redingtons Vocals and guitar slinging efforts are seasoning nicely and can be sampled at any of their live and/or studio offerings. Rick’s never been content without having many irons in the fire. Recording with Legendary Rock N’ Roll  Hall Of Famers Jorma Kaukonen & Jack Casady of Jefferson Airplane & Hot Tuna  & currently finishing tracks with Buddy Cage & David Nelson of The New Riders Of The Purple Sage. Touring with his band “The Luv”  has opened up many new doors and avenues for which to spin his musical tapestry.

THE BLIND OWL BAND - In just under two years the band has released their debut album “Rabble Rousing” a 15 track album featuring all original music. Just this past July the band also released the follow up “This Train We Ride is Made of Wood and Steel”. A 12 track, completely original album, that shows the continuing development of the band. Heavy regional touring has also ensued all over the North East playing over 250 shows in 9 states since the band starting regional touring in January 2012. The Blind Owl Band has also appeared at over 25 festivals during this time. This includes: The Peach Music Festival, Jerry Jam, Backwoods Pondfest, Jibber Jazz Madsummer Meltdown, Fiddler’s Picnic, The Purple Pig Music Festival, Harry’s Harvest Festival, Sterling Stage and More.

THE AEROLITES - The Aerolites began as the mutual brainchild of lead guitarist Jeremy Harple and pianist Victor Veve in the spring of 2010 in the woods of VT. With 62 original songs Harple and Veve flew out to Hollywood in January of 2011, where they collaborated with Oteil Burbridge (Bass Allman Bros, Derek Trucks Band), as well as world-famous drummer Kenny Aronoff. This fine group of musicians completed the Aerolites' self-titled first album and Harple and Veve flew back to VT to piece the rest of the band together. The Aerolites recorded their 2nd full-length album, "34 Mansfield" (released Oct 12, 2013). The group's sophomore effort goes back to the band's roots and was recorded in a historic VT farmhouse. Each member of the new band played a key role in the development and implementation of the album as a whole, showing that now, the band has it's own sound.

LUCID - Lucid was born in a small Adirondack town called Plattsburgh: a place every band should be so lucky to call home. The locals there love live music, and give it their unrelenting support, while several colleges in the area provide a constant stream of new listeners eager to participate in the party. Lucid released their debut album Miles Deep in early 2005 to some regional acclaim. Still a young band, they set their tone early on: hard rock originals with a hip hop flavor, and the freedom to move around from one genre to another. Funk, rap, reggae, blues, and even country can all be heard from the first track "Styles of the Smooth" through the much-loved "Backwoods" and "Countryesque" and on through the Pink Floyd inspired closing track "Jamun B". These songs all have a timeless quality that leaves them relevant and enjoyable still today.
