Casey Baraw discovered the spiritual connection of yoga by attending an Ashtanga class in 2007. She obtained a 235 Hour Teacher Training with YogaKids in 2009, and in July 2011, opened Inspired Yoga Studio in the town of Jay, offering Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle, Restorative, Kids Yoga and Ashtanga inspired classes.

Casey enjoys expressing her artistic side by intuitively creating a fun flow that caters to all ages and abilities. With a grounded opening and closing, her classes will explore breath control, along with gentle poses that focus on alignment. She teaches on and off her mat to assist individual needs, in effort to make your practice safe, comfortable, challenging, and most importantly, fun.
