Sports massage is designed for athletes and is useful for anyone with chronic pain, injury or range for motion. Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage is aimed at the deeper structure of the muscle and facia, also known as the connective tissue. The pressure will typically be more intense than Swedish massage. Helps release chronic muscle tension or knots while promoting circulation, pain relief and detoxification.
