Partly sunny.

**Lift Update**

The Green Mountain Flyer will be closed for the rest of the day.

Events Update: The 6th Annual Tailgate Party has been moved to Sunday April 19th. The Kingdom Thaw Rail Jam has been canceled.

We had our head in the clouds all morning, but the sun is now out and it’s burning most of the clouds/fog off, setting us up for a wonderful Friday afternoon on the slopes. The mountains in phenomenal shape right now, especially if you like big bumps, groomed cruisers, and soft woods.

Tomorrow it looks like we will see cloudy skies in the AM and a possible drizzle in the afternoon. Sunday looks like the best day of the week with sunny skies and temps in the 50s

Lower Mountain lifts are scheduled to spin at 8:30AM, with Upper Mountain lifts slated to spin shortly after at 9:00AM. As always final chair is at 4:00PM.

In case you need to purchase lift tickets, you can do so at both Tramside & Stateside Customer Service locations; $72 for adults (ages 19+) and $57 for juniors (ages 6-18).

Wondering where to go for spring break? How about the place with the most snow in the continental U.S.

Jay Explorers (Ages 3-10)

**Group Programming will be available through April 12th, 2015 with Private Lessons available until April 26th, 2015. Call to book ASAP**

Jay Peak loves kids and kids love Jay Peak. Our Jay Explorers program is specifically designed for 3-10 year old skiers and snowboarders at every ability and interest level. With new progression terrain on Stateside and The Mountain Kids Adventure Center (which houses our kid’s program) – we’re covered both indoors and outdoors. We have also collaborated with Burton Snowboards, Disney and Snowpark Technologies to offer a one-of-a-kind Playtime Riglet Park specially designed to get kids as young as three snowboarding in a fun, interactive environment.

Ages 3-5

Lessons for kids ages 3-5 are smaller groups and broken up by ability level. The lesson features an hour spent inside on our indoor equipment, including a carpeted ski/ride ramp and the remainder outside on our sculpted learning terrain including a 300ft moving carpet.

**Children in the Age 3-5 program must be bathroom independent and able to communicate their needs.**

Ages 6-10

Kids ages 6-10 experience a variety of terrain choices; from our brand new sculpted learning terrain to our world class tree skiing and riding. Groups are split up on snow based on ability level.

Lessons include time for snacks and warm up breaks when necessary. Kids are matched in groups based on their ability level. Please keep in mind that a child’s ability level is not based on what they ski or ride, but rather on how well they ski or ride it. Lessons are given on terrain that is deemed, by the instructor, as safe and appropriate for the entire group’s progression.

Let us help you figure out your child's ability level with our What To Expect guide
